Non Refundable Items

Due to the nature of custom, made to order, and personalized items, they are non refundable and can not be returned. Any custom order will be approved by purchaser prior to sending.

Unfortunately, gift cards and sale items cannot be returned. 

Returns/Exchanges

Any “Ready Made” items may be returned or exchanged within 7 business days from delivery for a full refund. Item must be returned in new, unused condition. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. To start a return please email me at owlandawlleather@gmail.com. A return will not be accepted without contacting and requesting a return first. 

Warranty 

If you have any issues with the craftsman or hardware please email me at owlandawlleather@gmail.com. I stand by my craftsmanship and hardware and offer a one year warranty. Some restrictions apply.
